Our process ensures every project is tailored to fit your space perfectly, with full project management from start to finish. We proudly serve Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how we work:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We start by having a detailed phone consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss your project ideas, understand your vision, and determine if we are the best fit for your needs.

We believe in offering honest advice, so if we feel another company might be better suited to your project, we’ll gladly recommend them.

Step 2: Site Visit with Our Managing Director

If we’re the right company for your project, we’ll arrange a site visit with Steve, our Managing Director. Steve brings over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and installing garden buildings. During this visit, he will:

Show you sample boards and brochures.
Answer any questions you have about your custom build.
Assess the site and discuss any specific design considerations.

This visit helps ensure that everything is clear before we start your quotation.

Step 3: Delivery of Materials

We arrange delivery of all necessary materials directly to your site. If direct delivery is not possible due to location or access restrictions, we will make special arrangements to ensure everything arrives as needed.

Step 4: On-Site Construction

Unlike other companies who might rely on factory-built, flat-packed structures, we build directly on-site. This method offers several benefits:

We can adapt the design as needed to account for any groundwork or site-specific issues.
Minor design adjustments can be made during construction to ensure the structure is a perfect fit for your garden.
The result is a structurally sound garden building that is tailored to your space.

Step 5: Payment Schedule

Our payment structure is simple and transparent:

30% deposit to secure your booking and reserve your build date.
50% one week prior to the start of construction.
Final Balance on completion, after a full inspection to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.

Step 6: Quality Control & Project Completion

After the build is complete, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection with you to ensure everything is up to our high standards and you are happy with the final result. Only when you’re fully satisfied do we consider the project complete.
